This may solve the "External links constantly opening xtools-at#15" issue
"request.getUrl()" Needs sdk 21 or greater. So my last fix needs this change too.

I have added some code to handle the host or domains links, and it is needed to change the minSDK also. I hope this can be a help in this project.
